Export Control Eligibility

Every Soundryx job listing is marked as either:

• ITAR-Eligible — limited to US persons.
• All Work Authorized — open to any candidate currently legally authorized to work in the United States.

ITAR-Eligible Roles

These roles may involve access to export-controlled technical data. Under US regulations, access is limited to US persons ^[1].

US person includes:

• US citizens
• Lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders)
• Individuals granted asylum in the United States
• Individuals admitted to the United States as refugees
• US non-citizen nationals (e.g., born in American Samoa)^[2]

All Work Authorized Roles

Roles marked All Work Authorized are open to all candidates who are currently legally authorized to work in the United States, regardless of citizenship or immigration status. Standard Form I-9 rules apply ^[3].
